SECO is completing the mechanical and plumbing scopes for the Springfield Art Museum Renovation and Expansion in Springfield, Missouri. Phase 1 of the project includes approximately 26,000 square feet of renovation to the existing museum and 11,000 square feet of new construction. Renovation areas include existing galleries, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and the auditorium.
SECO is providing and installing the HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the renovated and newly constructed areas. The mechanical scope includes general HVAC systems serving gallery and public spaces, as well as back-of-house support areas. The plumbing scope includes both domestic water and sanitary systems, coordinated with architectural and structural upgrades.
