DC PLANT UPGRADE

SECO completed the HVAC and plumbing portions of a DC Plant Upgrade, a critical infrastructure project designed to increase the facility's power capacity and support the continued growth of the Owner's telecommunications network. The work was completed within an active network operations facility where maintaining uninterrupted cooling and building services was essential.
Our team installed multiple new CRAC units serving the DC Power Plant, Switch Room, and Telco Room, along with associated condensing units, refrigerant piping, ductwork modifications, condensate systems, controls integration, and plumbing improvements related to a newly constructed break room. The project required careful phasing, coordination, and commissioning to ensure continuous operation of critical telecommunications equipment throughout construction.
