OTC PARSON STUDENT UNION

SECO is providing the HVAC systems for the new Michael L. Parson Student Union at Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, MO. This three-story, 93,500-square-foot facility will support a wide range of academic and workforce training programs. SECO’s scope includes the installation of high-efficiency mechanical systems such as air-cooled chillers, boilers, variable air volume (VAV) systems, and air handling units (AHUs), along with integrated building automation controls. Specialty HVAC systems serve areas including food service, fitness, and multi-purpose spaces, ensuring optimal comfort and energy performance throughout the building.
